    Certifiedworldwideapparel.com, which is powered by shopify.com, uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the Internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the Internet.



    Certifiedworldwideapparel.com respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the SSL Software. WE NEVER SEE YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, we only see your shipping address and name, and your payment is captured by Shopify Payments. View the complete Privacy Policy here.



    A sales tax of 8.5% is charged to all orders placed within Georgia.



    Yes, we will gladly process a request for an exchange or a return for store credit only. Before sending an order back for return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of package delivery. Please be sure to include your order # in the inquiry. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. CERTIFIED WORLDWIDE APPAREL must receive the returned item within 7 days of the return authorization.

    If the product you received did not fit to your liking you may exchange it for a new size. In the event the new size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your order for another product of the same value or store credit. In the event the new item you request is of less value, you will receive a gift card compensating for the difference in item value. We do not process cash returns.

    For any returned or exchanged items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to CERTIFIED WORLDWIDE APPAREL.

    Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on socks, masks, or undergarments. Sales are final on these items. T-Shirts, Adjustable Hats, Bags, Accessories, or Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. 


    Once an item that has been sent back is received by our facility, please allow 1-3 business days to process packages. After processing and determining the condition of the returned item, the new item will be mailed back to you free of charge or a CERTIFIED WORLDWIDE APPAREL Gift Card will be emailed to you for store credit, depending on the initial request. The store credit will only include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes paid. Initial shipping charges are not credited. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase.



    Sale items are final and may not be exchanged or returned. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on socks, masks, or undergarments. Sales are final on these items as well.



    Due to the quick nature of our fulfillment process, we do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. We kindly ask for you to please be sure of the items in your cart before checking out. We do our best to ship all packages within the first 2-4 business days of your order date, but in the event that we do not fulfill this obligation in a timely manner and your order has not shipped within 14 days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.



    All orders are handled by the United States Postal Service, DHL and others. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and handling. During high-volume times processing times may be delayed to 1-2 weeks, however, we try our best to get items to you in a timely manner. On occasion and for specialty releases, we may state a different shipping timeline on individual product pages. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. 

    Please note, some domestic orders over $300.00 may require a signature for delivery.

    We fulfill all orders from Los Angeles, CA. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after the order has shipped, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Please view the map below for a more accurate overview of domestic delivery timelines. International orders typically arrive 1-2 weeks after an order is shipped depending on the service requested.

    DHL delivery usually does incur higher customs fees, which are controlled by a recipients country, but offers a much faster and more secure shipping service. USPS delivery usually does not incur high customs fees (if any) but offers a slower and less secure shipping process. We provide our customers with both options.



    We reserve the right to limit the number of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock of a particular product. In these instances, your order will be canceled and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.



    We have made every effort to display the most accurate colors of our products. Depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
